The Pall Mall Property Club is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, and to treating all visitors fairly in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to find information about the Club and to contact us with ease. We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to keep improving the site over time.

What we have done

Among the steps we have taken:

• structured pages with clear, consistent headings and navigation;
• text and background colours chosen for legible contrast;
• descriptive text for meaningful images;
• interactive elements, such as the committee cards, that can be operated by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch; and
• a responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop screens.

Known limitations

We are continuing to improve the site, and we are aware that some areas may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some downloadable documents and content provided by third parties (such as an embedded events calendar) may not meet every accessibility standard. We are working to address these.
