Membership is by application. Send us a note of introduction through our enquiry form and we will be in touch to tell you more about the Club and arrange a conversation.
The annual subscription is £300, payable each March. It covers your membership in full, including the monthly networking lunches and the Club’s annual occasions — the Summer Party, the Christmas Party and the January Breakfast. There is no joining fee. Guests are warmly welcome at our gatherings; the charge for a guest is settled by the member who invites them.
No. The Royal Automobile Club is a separate, independent private members’ club. The Pall Mall Property Club simply meets within its surroundings by kind arrangement; membership of our Club does not confer membership of the RAC.
We hold a networking lunch every month at the Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall, together with three annual occasions — a Summer Party in July, a Christmas Party in December and a Breakfast in January.
Yes. Members are warmly encouraged to introduce a guest, and it is the most natural way for a prospective member to experience the Club. See our Book a Guest page.
Our lunches are held at the Royal Automobile Club, which sets the dress code for its clubhouse, and we ask members and guests to observe it. Smart dress is required throughout. Gentlemen should wear a suit, or smart trousers (chinos, corduroys or moleskins) with a collared, button-up shirt and smart footwear; in the Club's principal rooms a jacket is expected over a collared shirt, except in summer (1 June–1 September) when jackets are not required. Ties are welcome but not compulsory. Ladies are asked to dress with equivalent smartness. Please note that denim of any colour, trainers and sports shoes, T-shirts, shorts, leggings, leisurewear, and hats, caps or hoodies are not permitted.
The annual subscription is £300, payable each March. Full membership details are confirmed with applicants during the introduction process.
