The Club is private, and membership is considered with care. We welcome enquiries from senior figures across the property sector.
Our members are developers, investors, agents, advisers, funders and the allied professionals who work alongside them — people of standing in their field who value genuine relationships above introductions of convenience. Membership is by application rather than open subscription, so that every gathering keeps the calibre and the trust that define the Club.
Applications are considered individually, taking account of professional standing, sector balance and the existing composition of the membership.

The annual subscription is £300, payable each March, and includes the monthly lunches and the Club’s annual events. There is no joining fee.
